I am responsible for architecting and implementing support processes, teams, and tools to support an IBM internal offering that is used by our most senior leaders and analysts in IBM, including our CEO. Areas of interest/expertise: systems approach, strategy definition and alignment, customer engagement, program/project management, productivity.
